Featured Property Listing
As a Featured Advertiser, you will choose one featured category such as "Fishing", "Ranch", etc. Also, you will be able to select two sub-categories for your Ad, such as a Lake property underneath the Fishing category. As a Featured Advertiser, your advertisement will receive equal weight with all other Featured Advertisers within your specific category and sub-category. Of course, as a Featured Ad, your listing always will appear before any premier or free listings. We guarantee your Ad will be seen. As an additional bonus, search results will always display Featured listings first. In other words, visitors will always see your Ad when performing a search, previous to any premier and free listing.
Finally, every Ad has a detailed page. On this detailed page, Featured ads have room for seven photos, detailed information you submit about your property, your personal contact information, and a link to your home page. Below, you will find the rates for specific terms in months. However, contact us if you would like to discuss longer terms with potential discounts.
